Job Summary
Senior Program Manager (Contract) to lead mid-to-large scale digital transformation initiatives across clinical, operational, and IT domains. Partner with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and manage strategic initiatives; serve as primary point of contact for enterprise-wide program delivery; lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources; drive planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs and interdependent projects; introduce and implement project management tools, methodologies, and best practices; monitor risks/issues and ensure timely resolution; provide coaching and oversight to project managers and team members; lead organizational change management efforts and ensure adoption; deliver continuous process improvements and strategic recommendations; maintain clear communication with stakeholders on program status and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
- Healthcare/research environment knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Analytical expertise (e.g., Six Sigma tools and techniques)
