Senior Program Manager, Automated Test Systems

Job Summary
Lead the integration, testing, and sustainment of a portfolio of complex Automated Test Systems and manual testers. Provide leadership and oversight for the design, fabrication, or modification of hardware and software systems for Department of Defense ATS and Test Program Sets. Manage daily supervision of staff, resolve conflicts, and coordinate schedule activities across the ATS Enterprise. Analyze project interdependencies, collaborate cross-functionally, and handle budgeting, resource planning, and financial reporting. Produce management plans, financial documents, and presentation graphics while coordinating vendor relationships and reviewing deliverables. Utilize SES data platforms and Microsoft Project for product development. Requires a Secret Security Clearance, with up to 10% travel within the US and some overseas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent degree
- At least 12 years Program Management experience with DoD projects
- At least 7 years in a leadership position
- Must be autonomously disciplined
- Must have a proven track record of directing and driving the success of teams
- Must apply a hands-on approach to leading organizations, processes, and personnel
- Must provide technical expertise and leadership in program, project, operations, engineering, software, and production management
- Must excel at overcoming obstacles to consistently balance cost, quality, and schedule
- Must possess and maintain Secret Security Clearance
- Must be available for travel up to 10% within the US and some overseas
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Automated Test Systems and Equipment (ATS/ATE) development, integration, testing, and fielding
- Experience in acquisition and sustainment logistics
- Experience in developing technical data, training, supply support and managing systems sustainment logistics support
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
- Digital Electronics experience
