Job Summary
Senior Program Manager for Remitly's AI Enablement leads the end-to-end lifecycle for enterprise AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and emerging platforms), designs and operates the company-wide AI learning curriculum, drives adoption and change management with clear metrics, runs cross-functional AI initiatives, and partners with Privacy, Security, Legal, and Governance to operationalize guardrails. Responsibilities include procurement and license management, post-launch reviews, and creating adoption dashboards; requires 5+ years of program management in tech, hands-on use of frontier AI tools, experience deploying AI tooling at scale, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience in tech
- Hands-on experience using Claude, ChatGPT, and other frontier LLM tools including prompt engineering, custom agents or GPTs
- Direct experience deploying and scaling enterprise AI or developer tooling across a mid-to-large organization
- Experience designing and running learning, enablement, or change management programs at scale
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with AI governance, vendor management, developer productivity, or internal AI platform programs is strongly preferred
