Job Summary
Establish and anchor the AI Resilience program with governance, roadmap, risk management, and a clear decision-making model. Gain comprehensive oversight of the Bankdata AI landscape, including platforms, agents, integrations, and data flows, to translate them into prioritized risks and initiatives. Drive execution across technical domains, ensuring dependencies and critical risks are managed while maintaining alignment between stakeholders, leadership, owners, and external vendors. Provide leadership with a clear decision basis through reporting on progress, risk reduction, economics, and dependencies. Collaborate closely with Security, product, compliance, and legal teams to shape a unified approach to AI safety and resilience.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience leading larger technical programs or transformations in a complex organization
- Mastery of disciplines surrounding governance, roadmap, risks, dependencies, and economics
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity and technological risk management
- Ability to engage in dialogues regarding IAM, data protection, Security Operations, AppSec, or vulnerability management
- Experience with or solid understanding of AI/GenAI, AI governance, or new security and risk challenges associated with AI
- Experience with stakeholder management at senior and executive levels
- Ability to drive momentum without necessarily having formal management responsibility for those delivering
- Ability to switch seamlessly between strategy and execution
- Ability to create leadership briefings and risk pictures
- Ability to handle concrete dependencies, deliveries, and decisions within the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience from finance, critical infrastructure, or other highly regulated technology environments
- Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, GDPR, and EU AI Act
