Job Summary
Define and execute the AI Literacy roadmap with success metrics aligned to enterprise goals, establishing proficiency frameworks for diverse audiences including product teams and leadership. Build and scale engagement initiatives through internal communications, adoption campaigns, role-specific playbooks, and a network of AI Champions. Design and deliver multi-modal learning experiences such as workshops, e-learning, and simulations to embed Responsible AI principles. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Governance, L&D, and Engineering to operationalize standards and align enablement with platform capabilities. Coordinate with Marketing to develop client-facing materials for the AI Certification for Social Impact and represent the program externally. Track adoption and proficiency metrics to iterate on program effectiveness while staying abreast of emerging AI trends and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven L&D experience leading enterprise-wide learning or enablement programs
- Deep understanding of responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, and change management best practices
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and L&D
- Experience designing and delivering scalable learning programs using modern instructional design methodologies
