Job Summary
Lead complex data and AI programs as the primary point of contact for client sponsors and partners, translating strategy into roadmaps while managing scope, budget, and margins. Partner with technical delivery leads and ecosystem partners like Snowflake and AWS to drive measurable client outcomes, navigating ambiguity with data-informed recommendations. Own engagement financials, early risk/variance management, and change control across multi-geo teams, while shaping a healthy delivery culture through sustainable operating rhythms and coaching. Coordinate effectively with senior clients, technology stakeholders, and ISVs to align roadmaps and funding, ensuring technical delivery translates into business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Executive-facing client leadership: Track record working directly with executive stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- concise status and executive storytelling
- Significant consulting experience leading complex technology programs
- owning delivery outcomes
- Deep experience with multi-workstream initiatives
- strong command of Agile/iterative delivery
- Experience managing budget, margin, and commercial risk on services engagements
- comfort discussing trade-offs with internal and client leaders
- Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, modern BI, ML platforms)
- knowledge of risks and trade-offs
- Prior experience leading remote, multi-geo teams
