Senior Program Manager

Lead outpatient program management by treating patients while handling administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as the liaison for the Area Manager. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care for higher-functioning seniors in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinic settings. Act as the go-to person for customers, residents, and staff to develop leadership skills within a supportive environment.
