Job Summary
Senior Program Manager responsible for end-to-end program leadership across customer initiatives, including defining and overseeing SOWs, cost proposals, and timelines; coordinating multi-organizational teams, ensuring on-time delivery within budget; serving as primary customer interface, identifying new program opportunities, and supporting organizational strategic planning in a defense-manufacturing context.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Engineering with emphasis on Manufacturing Technology and/or Mechanical Engineering or related field with 10 years of experience; in lieu of a Masters, a Bachelors in a related field with 15 years of experience
- Experience in the manufacturing and machining industry with a proven record of increasing responsibility in technical applications and supervisory areas
- Experience successfully managing individual projects as well as a portfolio of programs with multi-organizational teams
- Experience with Department of Defense
- Strong leadership skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing to travel
- Experience developing effective manufacturing processes to support production of defense-related components; additive manufacturing is a plus
- NCDMM experience and defense manufacturing domain knowledge
- Ability to interface with customers and provide program management to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence
