Job Summary
Senior Program Management Specialist (Level 5) for Boeing's Rapid Space Capabilities, based in Mesa, AZ. Leads field construction oversight on behalf of Boeing and the IPT Lead; produces weekly Construction Management and EVMS briefings and reports for government customer; coordinates with host garrison staff for current and upcoming construction activities; integrates constructability into design during 30%/60%/90% design reviews; conducts, records and maintains field audits and periodic government reports. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, risk/opportunity management, and an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance; travel up to 25% domestically and relocation eligibility are noted in the role.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading cross-functional and/or project teams
- 10+ years of experience in a large construction projects, facilities management and or large project management
- 10+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
