Job Summary
Develop comprehensive recovery strategies, integrated master schedules, and execution roadmaps with detailed milestones, ownership, and risk mitigations. Establish executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems to drive schedule analysis, trend reviews, and performance evaluations. Lead governance meetings and coordinate recovery activities across procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and supplier leadership teams. Identify risks, standardize planning methodologies, and provide decision-support materials to ensure disciplined, agile recoveries across the global supply chain. Requires 3+ years in program management with 75% travel; 100% on-site at Boeing Japan's Nagoya office.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations leadership, supply chain management, or related disciplines
- Experience developing and managing integrated master schedules and complex project plans
- Experience in creating executive-level reporting, KPI frameworks, and governance materials
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience leading enterprise-scale recovery programs, transformations, or operational turnarounds
- Proven ability to establish planning standards, governance models, and operating systems
- Experience mentoring project managers and recovery planners
- Ability to influence executive-level decision-making and recovery strategy
- Experience managing large portfolios of complex, interdependent initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Valid passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent professional certification
- Boeing program experience
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Supplier management and supply chain recovery experience
- Experience supporting operational turnarounds or large-scale transformations
- Advanced expertise in schedule management, performance management, and executive reporting
- Experience working in global and cross-cultural business environments
