Job Summary
Integrate business objectives, opportunities, and risks to execute sales and profitability objectives while devising scenarios to negotiate and grow individual customer programs. Synthesize market needs to ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other stakeholders. Develop complex analytical models to respond to business challenges and lead monthly financial, customer, and competitive analysis to manage results and evaluate root causes. Communicate data analyses and business insight to an Executive audience and coordinate customer and program communication plans. Implement strategy across BGS Commercial Parts Business segments to strengthen Boeing's product offerings and drive competitive improvements. Lead customer-specific airplane parts programs, driving performance to plan and internal contract accountability. This onsite role requires 5+ years of cross-functional program management experience and is located in Seattle, WA or Plano, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in a cross-functional environment
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- 5+ years of experience interpreting data and presenting analysis with recommendations to executive leaders
- This position is an onsite role with the selected candidate required to perform work at one of the listed locations: Seattle, WA; Plano, TX.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA / Master's degree
- Experience in the commercial aviation industry with emphasis on aftermarket aircraft support
- Experience with business consulting, marketing, sales, finance, and/or supply chain
- Experience with Program Management Best Practices
- Knowledge of and experience achieving financial performance targets through Profit & Loss leadership
- SQL, advanced Excel, and Tableau software experience
