Job Summary
Develop comprehensive recovery strategies, integrated master schedules, and execution roadmaps for supplier turnarounds across Boeing's global supply chain. Create detailed, actionable recovery plans with milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions while establishing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems. Lead schedule analysis, trend analysis, variance analysis, and recovery performance reviews to facilitate governance reviews and stakeholder alignment meetings. Coordinate recovery activities across procurement, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supplier leadership teams, driving standardization of recovery planning methodologies and ensuring efforts remain organized and execution focused. Provide executive-level communication and decision-support materials to transform ambiguity into structured recovery execution.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally able to work in Mexico
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations leadership, supply chain management, or related disciplines
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
- Experience developing and managing integrated master schedules and complex project plans
- Experience in creating executive-level reporting, KPI frameworks, and governance materials
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be able to work 100% on-site at a Boeing office or supplier's office
- Must be available for up to 75% business travel
- Must be available for short term assignment to greater Mexico region
- Employer willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent professional certification
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the Spanish Language
- Boeing program experience
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Supplier management and supply chain recovery experience
- Experience supporting operational turnarounds or large-scale transformations
- Advanced expertise in schedule management, performance management, and executive reporting
- Experience working in global and cross-cultural business environments
- 7+ years of relevant experience leading enterprise-scale recovery programs, transformations, or operational turnarounds
- Proven ability to establish planning standards, governance models, and operating systems
- Experience mentoring project managers and recovery planners
- Ability to influence executive-level decision-making and recovery strategy
- Experience managing large portfolios of complex, interdependent initiatives
