Job Summary
Senior Program Management Analyst to provide comprehensive program, operational, and acquisition support across all phases of the program life cycle for NSWCDD. Responsible for program planning, documentation, acquisition support, and operational analysis while ensuring DoN standard compliance. Develop and maintain program plans, POAs, schedules, action item reports, tracking systems, and deliverables databases to ensure progress, compliance, and auditability. Collect and analyze data to support reviews, management meetings, and design/status reviews; prepare charts, staffing plans, financial documentation, and quality assurance plans to inform leadership decisions. Provide cradle-to-grave acquisition and logistics support, including market research, acquisition documentation (ITPRs, SSJs, BNMs), and accountability for software, hardware, services, and materials. Ensure procurement lifecycle documentation and compliance from requisition through delivery and audit reporting. Proficient in Navy/DoD program life cycle management and DoD/DoN processes; strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in program management, operations analysis, or acquisition support within the DoD/Navy environment
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Familiarity with Navy/DoD program life cycle management, acquisition processes, and supply chain policy
- High level of proficiency of Microsoft Office 365 programs, including Excel and SharePoint
