Senior Program Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Program Financial Analyst responsible for full-cycle contract financial management across government programs, overseeing cost tracking, funding management, revenue recognition, forecasting, margin analysis, and financial risk identification; partners with Program Managers to analyze contract financial performance from setup through closeout; leads Estimates to Complete and Estimates at Completion in collaboration with Program Managers; supports Earned Value Management processes; hybrid role with in-office presence at least 3 days per week and one remote day, Fridays remote, schedule to be defined and approved in advance; requires GAAP, government contracting regulations (FAR, CAS, JTR, FTR), job costing experience in contract-driven environments, ERP (PROCAS preferred), advanced Excel, data analytics, and strong cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive cost accounting experience or contract/project accounting experience
- Government contract accounting experience strongly preferred; construction or manufacturing job costing experience considered with demonstrated ability to learn federal contract requirements
- Experience with forecasting, revenue recognition, and financial analysis required
- SECURITY CLEARANCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: A valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check; may be necessary for certain contracts
