Job Summary
Senior Program Finance Manager to support a DoD contract in Stuttgart, Germany. Lead and manage program financial operations, including cost, funding, labor charging, forecasting, and internal reporting, coordinating with the Program Manager and PMO. Provide financial analysis and planning using Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, Hyperion (CAPS), SmartView, etc., and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements. Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring EACs and cost performance, traveling/purchasing process oversight, development of operating plans and forecasts, and mentoring finance personnel to achieve program objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
- minimum of 10 years of Federal Program Finance experience
- Active Top-Secret Clearance, SCI Eligible
