Senior Program Director (Power & Energy) - Remote

Job Summary
Lead and oversee large scale/highly complex programs within the Extra High Voltage (EHV) Transmission and Distribution sector. Ensure project contributors meet deadlines and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs while tracking hours and expenses. Engage with stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and maintain effective project communication. Accountable for project performance and completion, providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams and developing project documentation. Conduct contract negotiations, lead project recovery plans, and ensure successful project closeout, while adhering to ethical standards and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm
- 15+ years of relevant post education experience in a project management role within our industry
- Advanced-level understanding of the project delivery process within the A/E/C industry
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency with analytical and organizational skills
- Strong working knowledge of corporate project management principles and practices
- Demonstrated exceptional ability with managing multiple larger scale/complex projects
- Excellent self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Strategic lateral thinking and strong analytical skills
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a variety of sources
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency with technical writing and relevant software
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety
