Senior Program Director

Define program success indicators, manage monthly statistical reporting, and ensure the delivery of a continuum of trauma-informed, evidence-based services. Develop and maintain a therapeutic milieu while overseeing quality assurance, electronic health record documentation, and patient safety. Coordinate efforts to meet performance standards set by regulatory bodies like CCL and CARF, and lead the management, organization, and operations of San Bernardino residential and outpatient programs. Develop annual operating plans and budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure billing expectations are met. Participate in the Sr. Leadership team, attend board meetings, and coordinate committee activities to support the organization's strategic plan.
