Senior Program Director

Lead a major strategic pursuit for Parsons' Vehicle Inspection Program, owning the full lifecycle of high-profile RFP efforts from positioning and client engagement through final submission. Provide leadership and direction across all stages of the RFP, ensure timely follow-up on instructions and commitments, and manage every phase to deliver on-schedule, compliant, and competitive responses. Collaborate with office and facilities staff to fulfill RFP requirements (e.g., facilities descriptions, certifications, site information) and work with managers, SMEs, and support staff to develop complete, high-quality RFP responses.
