Job Summary
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and strategic objectives are achieved. Develop, monitor, and report on project plans, governance, budgets, and risks to support successful outcomes and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, industry partners, and University networks, providing expert advice throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate high-profile events such as annual symposiums, workshops, and conferences, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional participant experiences. Provide high-level operational and administrative support, including meeting coordination, executive support, travel arrangements, and report preparation. Resolve complex issues with professionalism and discretion while ensuring compliance with University policies and governance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects, events or programs
- ability to manage competing priorities and deliver successful outcomes
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
