Job Summary
Coordinate complex research department operations, manage procurement lifecycles from initiation to invoice reconciliation, and process reimbursements for seminars and events. Provide direct advisory support to the CBI Director and Vice Chair of Innovation and Predictive Diagnostics through calendar management, briefing material preparation, and conflict resolution. Lead program and event planning for international conferences, workshops, and seminars while overseeing office inventory, facilities tickets, and vendor onboarding. Serve as the primary point of contact for research-related issues, escalating sensitive matters to leadership as needed. Requires 5 days on-site during the 6-month probationary period, followed by 1 day of remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration or related field
- Minimum of four years of progressively responsible related experience including program/project coordination or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Familiar with Internet applications
- Effective oral, written, communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
- Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi task and project manage
- Must be able to work 5 days on-site during the 6-month probationary period
- After probation, must be available for 1 day of remote work
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS
