Job Summary

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to engage prospective applicants and support enrollment goals. Coordinate outreach efforts with colleges, universities, and pre-health advisors to strengthen institutional relationships and promote NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Represent the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid through on-campus, off-site, and virtual recruitment activities. Manage applicant-facing communications across web, email, social media, and print materials while drafting and updating recruitment and financial aid content. Plan and execute recruitment, revisit, and interview-related events, coordinating logistics, timelines, and budgets. Collect, track, and analyze recruitment and event data to identify opportunities and improve engagement strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support admissions operations, including interview day activities and ambassador coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration or related field
  • Minimum of four years of progressively responsible related experience including program/project coordination or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook
  • Familiar with Internet applications
  • Effective oral, written, communication, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
  • Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to multi task and project manage
  • Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in medical school, graduate, or health professions admissions
  • Experience with recruitment events, applicant communications, or student engagement initiatives
  • Experience with website content management, social media, email communications, and/or design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve communication workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-informed decision-making
  • Masters degree in communications, marketing, higher education, or a related field
