Job Summary
Senior Professional Services Engineer to implement Actimize financial crime prevention solutions for global financial institutions. You will configure, customize, and deploy Actimize solutions across AML, Fraud Prevention, and Trading Compliance; participate in end-to-end implementation lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment; work with Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams; interface with customers to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions; set up environments, deploy solutions, and troubleshoot production issues; build tools to improve engineering productivity; adhere to enterprise standards; work independently on complex tasks and support customers across time zones with occasional on-site visits. Strong hands-on SQL (PostgreSQL/MS SQL Server), Unix/Linux experience, and familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3), containers (Kubernetes/Docker), and Actimize product development are highly valued. The role operates under NiCE-FLEX hybrid model (2 days in office, 3 days remote) with a focus on delivering enterprise-scale financial crime solutions; requires 5–7 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in enterprise application development / implementation
- Hands-on experience with SQL, PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in global delivery teams
- Experience in Agile / Waterfall models
