Senior Professional Services Consultant

Senior Professional Services Consultant at WalkMe (SAP) owns the implementation of WalkMe for customers, designing and building interactive experiences to enhance end-user onboarding and accelerate feature adoption. You will lead end-to-end WalkMe projects, collaborate with customer application owners to align with business objectives, and provide expert consultation on WalkMe solutions. Responsibilities include project management, data analysis to identify optimization opportunities, knowledge transfer through training, troubleshooting across platforms, and cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI designers, developers, and customer success teams. Must understand user behavior, be proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize WalkMe elements, and apply data-driven decisions. Requires 5+ years in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success, and 3+ years of SaaS experience; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. The role offers a Hybrid Work Arrangement with Berlin as the location.
