Job Summary
Senior Professional Sales Representative in Taiwan focused on building trusted relationships with hospital clinicians and healthcare teams. Develop and deliver territory business plans to meet sales targets and improve patient access; provide clear, accurate scientific and clinical information to healthcare professionals; collaborate with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to design and run coordinated local initiatives; use market, performance and competitor data to identify opportunities and propose actionable plans; manage territory activities, budgets and CRM records in line with company standards and compliance; role requires on-site work in Taiwan with regular travel across the territory; candidates should have Mandarin fluency and a background in vaccines or specialty medicines is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years field sales experience liaising with hospital-based healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare teams.
- Fluent in Mandarin; conversational English is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Taiwan’s local language and culture is required.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to inform territory decisions.
