Manage boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, utility, route, and construction survey projects while developing proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules. Oversee field and office staff to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables, performing QA/QC on survey data, calculations, and final outputs. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies throughout the project lifecycle, mentor junior staff on goal setting and training, and partner with senior leadership to support team development and practice growth. Build and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development efforts over time.
