Senior Production Technician

Job Summary
Produce, fill, package, label, and seal cannabis products while adhering to strict safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines. Maintain designated work areas, perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing, and utilize seed-to-sale systems to track product movement and KPIs. Train new employees on SOPs, conduct visual inspections to ensure specifications are met, and report safety concerns or near misses immediately. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to stand, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs, with daily exposure to allergens. Ensure 100% compliance with state regulations and security protocols throughout all operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
- Must be able to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
- Must be able to work in an environment that is 85+ degrees and 70% humidity for extended periods
- Must be able to work at heights
- Effectively follow state and company compliance requirements
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Certifications preferred
- Prior cannabis experience not required
