Job Summary
Setup and operate advanced manufacturing equipment to existing specifications, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. Handle complex production tasks and solve technical problems with innovative solutions while maintaining quality compliance. Provide support in daily and weekly equipment appraisal and rudimentary maintenance for electronic manufacturing processes. Execute and critique new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assigning them to production Tech 1 and Tech 2s as appropriate. Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery of manufacturing programs. Conduct advanced troubleshooting and provide expert-level technical support to the manufacturing team. Support the integration of new technologies and systems, and lead projects or sub-projects under broader manufacturing scopes. Mentor level 1 and 2 production technicians while fostering a culture of excellence and operational efficiency.
