Senior Production Supervisor (Machining)

Job Summary
Lead machining operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and production targets by optimizing CNC capacity, labor, tooling, materials, workflow, cycle time, and equipment utilization. Monitor PQVC results including throughput, downtime, scrap, rework, tool life, first-pass yield, and on-time delivery while ensuring compliance with drawings, GD&T, control plans, and product specifications. Partner across functions to resolve defects, variation, downtime, tool failures, and production constraints by driving Lean, Six Sigma, SMED, 5S, preventive maintenance, and process improvements. Develop supervisors, machinists, operators, and support teams through training, coaching, clear goals, and accountability. This five-day in-office role in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon requires a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree with CPS & Lean Six Sigma certification.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Intermediate - Advanced English
- Expert in Machining processes
- CPS & Lean Six Sigma training and certification
- Master's degree related to manufacturing
- This position is five-day a week in-office model
- Requires working weekends, based on business continuity needs
