Senior Production Specialist

Job Summary
Manage complex archive production workflows, monitoring queues, prioritizing critical requests, and coordinating workload across the team. Produce, package, and prepare digital archives for shipment while performing detailed quality assurance to ensure accuracy. Investigate production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and troubleshoot technical incidents by collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Support teams. Participate in customer support calls to explain technical solutions and validate new product features before release. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and integrate AI-driven tools into daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English (all internal processes and communication are conducted in English)
- Experience in production operations, data management, technical operations, application support, or a similar environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate technical and operational issues
- Experience in troubleshooting complex customer issues and confidence participating in customer-facing support calls
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and driving operational efficiencies
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Technical Support
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- German language skills are a plus, particularly for communication with local couriers
Desired Qualifications
- Experience participating in software testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or product validation is an advantage
- Interest in AI technologies and process automation, with the ability to identify practical use cases for improving daily operations
