Job Summary
Senior Production Specialist role supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations across one or more production work centers. Responsibilities include gathering/analyzing production data, implementing process/workflow improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, following SOPs and safety requirements, equipment setup/changeover/cleanup, maintaining real-time product documentation, troubleshooting, training staff, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM; location: Westbrook, ME. Target hourly rate $20-22 based on experience plus benefits and opportunities for bonuses and merit increases.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3+ years of production or manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical and data-gathering skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify and support process improvements
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic project coordination or project management capability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC applications
