Job Summary
Senior Production / Process Engineer to optimize production processes and plant efficiency. Responsibilities include leading process-improvement projects, conducting RCA investigations and implementing corrective actions, tracking and analyzing production metrics, developing new processes to optimize plant utilization, providing day-to-day technical support for equipment and processes, addressing reliability issues such as corrosion or erosion, collaborating with maintenance to improve equipment life and profitability, and training plant personnel on new technologies and methods. Requires 6-12 years in chemical manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and project-management and communication skills.
