Job Summary
Senior Production Planner role within Kalmbach Feeds’ Demand Planning Team. Responsible for analyzing gaps in supply and internal capacity, maintaining PowerBI reports to drive planning performance, aiding in demand forecasting, and executing daily production scheduling. Works closely with procurement, inventory control, production, quality, and logistics to balance customer demand, material availability, and production capacity while meeting delivery commitments and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 2+ years of experience within supply chain or operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and an ERP system
- PowerBI or equivalent data visualization toolset experience
- Meticulous with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated / directed in a high-demand, high-performance culture
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Advanced critical thinking skills with cross-functional collaboration
