Senior Production Planner

Develop and execute SMT production schedules across Laguna and Cavity factories to support operational requirements for multiple product families. Drive monthly and annual revenue targets by aligning production plans with customer demand, while collaborating with Materials Planning and Procurement to ensure material readiness and uninterrupted production flow. Monitor demand fluctuations and capacity constraints, implementing contingency measures for disruptions and overseeing corrective actions to maintain on-time delivery performance. Lead coordination of factory loading and resource optimization, ensuring full compliance with safety standards and adherence to key performance indicators.
