Job Summary
Organize production activities in the shift to ensure manufacturing runs smoothly and effectively, fulfilling schedules while maintaining ISO9001 quality practices. Operate multi-production equipment, prepare shift records, and report any abnormalities in quality, EHS, or PSM immediately to the manager. Lead evacuation activities during emergencies and provide training to new operators. Actively participate in EHS/PSM activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean worksite and ensure all team members follow safety protocols and MSDS awareness.
Required Qualifications
- High school, technical school or above
- More than 3 years experience in manufacturing field
- ISO9000 training
- Ability to Meet Deadlines
- Safety awareness/MSDS awareness
- Read simple document in English
Desired Qualifications
- Time served engineer/technician (typically apprenticed)
- Team leader experience
- Experience in Chemicals industry
