Senior Production Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily production operations, supervise teams, and ensure manufacturing processes run reliably, efficiently, and safely. Plan and adjust production schedules to meet business requirements while optimizing material, machinery, and manpower utilization to maximize output. Establish quality standards, implement tracking systems, and coordinate activities to minimize downtime. Set productivity targets, develop workflow policies, and lead training programs for staff. Communicate operational challenges to management and mentor personnel to drive continuous improvement. Report directly to the Factory Manager on performance and statistics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations and production management
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Very good command of the English language
- Location: Beni-Suef, Egypt
- Work Mode: On-site
