Job Summary
Senior Production Engineer at Dow on site in Arab, AL. Responsible for providing engineering support to the site, applying MET, process automation, and operating discipline to optimize plant performance, lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause investigations, support maintenance and repairs, assist with turnaround planning, and ensure compliance with permits and safety standards. Key skills include data analysis of KPIs, process improvements, Lean manufacturing principles, asset reliability, problem solving, cross-functional collaboration with operations, maintenance, EH&S, and vendors, and the ability to develop technical documentation and work packages for equipment repairs and deviations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical or electrical preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering/manufacturing/related experience
