Job Summary
Execute QCD targets for the assigned assembly area through disciplined shift management, controlling automotive lines for crimping, insertion, connector assembly, and final assembly. Drive improvements in productivity, machine efficiency, and labor efficiency while reducing scrap and rework. Supervise operators and technicians, conduct shift briefings, assign manpower, and manage line balancing to ensure standard output and quality targets. Take full ownership of product quality by implementing process control plans, monitoring first-off approvals, and driving root cause analysis for defects. Ensure 100% adherence to safety protocols, 5S standards, and predictive maintenance principles while coordinating material replenishment with stores.
