Job Summary
Manage the production lifecycle from purchase order through shipment, communicating daily with overseas vendors to monitor progress and resolve issues. Maintain Time & Action calendars and Work-in-Progress reports while coordinating sample approvals, milestones, and delivery schedules. Partner with Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Merchandising, and Logistics teams to review costing, monitor raw materials, and ensure timely warehouse delivery updates. This role reports to the Production Director and supports Brooklyn Cloth's flagship streetwear brand.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of apparel production experience
- Experience working with overseas factories and vendors
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with apparel ERP/PLM systems
- Simparel
