Job Summary

Create and maintain production schedules to support customer demand, monitor schedule performance, and drive on-time completion through proactive issue resolution. Analyze production, inventory, capacity, and material data to support planning decisions while partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, and Procurement for successful execution. Lead continuous improvement and process automation initiatives, developing data-driven solutions for operational challenges and communicating recovery plans to leadership. Maintain a regular presence on the manufacturing floor to support execution, navigate active vehicle traffic safely, and resolve problems in seasonal plant conditions. Requires Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field with 5+ years of experience and ability to work core hours between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, production control, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to support core operational hours beginning between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with flexibility as business needs require
  • Regular presence in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work safely in seasonal plant conditions, including exposure to heat and humidity
  • Ability to safely navigate production areas with active fork truck and industrial vehicle traffic
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds to waist height
  • Commitment to all company safety policies and procedures
  • Valid driver's license (implied by ability to safely navigate production areas with active fork truck and industrial vehicle traffic)
