Job Summary
Senior Production Assembler actively assembles and calibrates fabricated parts or units to meet product specifications, identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary, and proposes measures to increase productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities include simple screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations; inspecting and testing work for quality; performing scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment; determining sequence of operations, required materials, and procedures; and staging job materials per procedure. The role requires reading technical drawings and lifting up to 50 pounds, with work conducted on a production floor in a full-time shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.). Education and experience emphasize a high school degree or equivalent (associates preferred) with 2 years (4 years preferred) in a production environment.
