Senior Product (Ui/Ux) Designer

Job Summary
Lead design strategy for multiple teams by collaborating with stakeholders to identify and analyze opportunities for product improvement. Maintain a healthy pipeline of mid-to-long-term initiatives while working in an agile environment to deliver product increments and ensure requirements are met. Monitor design quality post-release and participate in recruitment within the design discipline. Coach and mentor designers on design practices. Requires a portfolio and minimum 2+ years in a senior or design position with experience mentoring designers and creating high-quality UX work across large-scale projects. User-led decisions based on quantitative insights, ethnography, and research are essential. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in a senior or design position
- Experience mentoring designers in design practices
- Experience creating high quality UX and design work across large scale projects
- Experience making user-led decisions, and is comfortable working with user insights e.g. from user research of quantitative insights, data, ethnography
- Experience setting clear goals, deadlines and key milestones for design discovery, and tracking progress against these successfully
- Must have a portfolio
