Job Summary
Senior Product UI/UX Designer at SPOTIO leading end-to-end design for both web and native mobile apps, translating complex sales workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive interfaces. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to define problems, scope solutions, and ship iteratively, championing our design system, and ensuring pixel-level fidelity at launch. Drive user research and usability testing with sales professionals to validate decisions, and design AI-driven features like recommendations, smart automation, and LLM-powered workflows while delivering a strong information architecture and accessible, responsive UX.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience at a SaaS company, ideally B2B and/or B2C, with shipped work across both web and mobile
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and visual polish
- Native mobile design fluency with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Experience designing AI-driven features such as recommendations, smart automation, or LLM-powered workflows
- Proficiency in Figma (components, variables, variants, auto-layout) and working within an established design system
- Foundations in information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility (WCAG)
- Collaborative, pragmatic approach with PMs and engineers, ability to ship iteratively
- Strong communication skills to articulate decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
