Job Summary
Senior Product Test Engineer to ensure manufacturing readiness for CPO products at NV manufacturing partners, collaborate with RnD, PE and Operations to ensure robust manufacturing capabilities and smooth mass production, perform yield analysis and drive continuous improvement for NPI production lines, maintain product quality by improving test stability, coverage, design and manufacturing processes, and provide onsite engineering support for product/tests issues, test infrastructures and setups. Prefer experience in silicon-photonics and hardware testing at wafer level/die-stack, OSAT involvement, and familiarity with wafer sort, probe cards, load boards, ATE setup, and first pass yield optimization.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics and/or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in relevant fields – mass production, wafer or die-stack sort, final test, and data processing & analysis
- Experience in high-speed optical and electrical test and measurement equipment, control, data acquisition and test automation
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on HW debugging ability
- Excellent communication skills in English
