Senior Product & Technology Counsel

Senior Products & Technology Counsel provides legal guidance focused on product and technology initiatives and commercial agreements, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements (OEM, cloud API usage, technology licenses, development & collaboration, master service agreements, consulting and logistics/supply agreements), and leading a team of legal professionals. You will partner with product, engineering, risk/compliance, and other teams to advise executives, product managers, and engineers on product compliance, data privacy, and regulatory issues globally; stay current on applicable laws and industry trends; identify and propose solutions to risks; manage outside counsel as needed; and contribute to continuous improvement of contracting processes. Experience in technology and commercial contracts, preference for crypto/blockchain interest, and active State Bar status in the United States are required.
