Job Summary

Lead technical efforts for Boeing's Product Support Engineering Team on the USAF E-7A program; provide primary interface for supporting execution of the USAF E-7A Product Support work statement; oversee establishment of support requirements, cost, technical objectives, definitions, SOW breakdown, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans; review program and engineering change proposals and assess product support impact; represent USAF E-7A Product Support in engineering and safety review boards; monitor execution of the Product Support work statement; provide Design for Supportability input and represent the customer's sustainment perspective; champion R&D of new services and support technologies to improve competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in military commercial derivative aircraft programs
  • 3+ years of experience interacting with US government customers at the operational level
  • 3+ years of experience working with aircraft systems
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

Desired Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Product Support Elements
  • Experience leading technical teams
  • Experience with Military Commercial Derivative Aircraft (MCDA) development, production and sustainment programs
  • Drug Free Workplace policies familiarity (not a qualification)
