Senior Product Specialist - Oncology / Hematology

Job Summary
Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field to maximize short and long-term sales performance for oncology and hematology products. Deliver on financial targets, marketing objectives, and brand KPIs by creating pre-call plans with SMART goals and conducting post-call evaluations. Build trusted relationships with health providers, oncologists, and multidisciplinary teams to solve customer needs and close logical calls to action. Develop call plans that optimize coverage and frequency while maintaining strict adherence to AbbVie's business code of conduct and applicable laws. Share market intelligence on competitors, disease states, and treatment pathways with the in-field team and brand leadership to anticipate environmental changes. Differentiate the value proposition and maintain disease state experts to drive win-win agreements. Fluent in English and Arabic with a valid driving license required. US and Puerto Rico only.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience
- Current or recent Oncology and/or Hematology field sales experience (mandatory)
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong scientific knowledge of Oncology/Hematology disease areas and treatment pathways
- Experience engaging with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Valid driving license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience launching innovative Oncology/Hematology therapies
- Experience with biologics, immunotherapy, bispecific antibodies, ADCs, targeted therapies, or hematologic malignancies innovative therapies
- Experience in strategic account management and KOL engagement
- Previous experience in companion diagnostics
- Understanding of market access, reimbursement pathways, and institutional business in Egypt
- Well understanding of innovative access models PHI and NGOs
- Strong analytical and business planning capabilities
- Experience working in a multinational pharmaceutical company
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment
- Digital engagement and CRM proficiency
