Job Summary
Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of consumer lending products, driving customer adoption, portfolio value, and sustainable growth within Maya's ecosystem. Lead discovery, validation, and development of new lending propositions by leveraging customer insights, research, and data to translate opportunities into scalable solutions. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from prioritization through launch and scaling, partnering with Business, Credit Portfolio, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Design, Data, and Technology teams. Apply insights to balance customer value, growth, profitability, risk, and regulatory requirements while continuously improving the lending journey across acquisition, onboarding, underwriting, servicing, collections, and retention. Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate discovery and experimentation, maintaining accountability for product outcomes and decision quality.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- demonstrated ownership of digital products, capabilities, or customer experiences
- Proven ability to identify, validate, launch, and scale new products or capabilities

- Strong commercial, analytical, and product judgment
