Job Summary
Senior Product Specialist for Fan Coils, Blower Coil, and Air Handler product lines. Responsible for supporting competitive product research to inform new development by analyzing pricing, performance, features, and accessories, and identifying strengths and weaknesses relative to competitors. Develop detailed product roadmaps and revenue estimates from engineering specs, market data, and sales history; contribute to marketing materials and customer-facing events; participate in project reviews providing insights into product line performance; collaborate with business development, production, marketing, project management, and engineering to align on requirements; coordinate with customers and internal teams to define product gaps or needs; engage in continuous learning through plant visits, trainings, and cross-functional meetings. Requires strong proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Adobe editing software, and ability to analyze technical documents and government regulations; travel ~20% or less. Preferred: Power BI proficiency and HVAC or OEM industry experience; ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years’ experience in product support, research, marketing, or Engineering
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe editing software
- Strong problem solving, market research, and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret technical documents and government regulations
- Experience in project management or exposure to project management methodologies
- Approximately 20% travel or less
