Job Summary
Provide technical and scientific support to the commercial team throughout the sales process, delivering product demonstrations, customer training programs, and application-focused workshops. Troubleshoot product and application-related issues to ensure timely resolution while developing relationships with end users, key opinion leaders, and channel partners. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to execute growth strategies, identify market opportunities, and support new product launches. Contribute to revenue and market share objectives within the assigned territory. This role is part of the D&M modality team at Cytiva, a Danaher business advancing future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of bioprocessing, protein purification, chromatography, filtration, cell culture, or related life science applications
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical customer solutions
- Able to travel
