Job Summary
Senior Product Specialist, Ancillary responsible for end-to-end performance and delivery of key ancillary products across the customer journey, from offer and sale through to servicing and fulfilment. Lead cross-functional delivery with Digital, Technology, Revenue Management, Operations and Customer Care to drive measurable commercial and customer outcomes. Own product performance across revenue, margin, conversion, attach rates and customer outcomes; manage lifecycle from sell to fulfilment; drive initiatives from requirements through to launch and post-launch performance tracking; collaborate to reduce customer friction and improve fulfilment; manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment to deliver on time. Build strong relationships across Commercial, Digital, Technology, Finance and Operations to enable effective decision-making; support a test-and-learn environment with pricing, offer and merchandising optimisation over time.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product, digital or commercial roles delivering measurable outcomes
- Experience leading end-to-end initiatives in cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical capability and comfort with data
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence outcomes
- Curiosity and motivation to build capability in pricing, experimentation and optimisation
- Thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
